High Tenacity Friction-Resistant PU coating

FEATURES:

One component, high temperature(160°C) cured polyurethane coating ink. Excellent protecting and high glossy performance, especially suit for silicone rubber products.

Application:

Applied to the case of mobile phone, telephone, laptop, fax machine, remote control and so on.

 

Using Method:

1. Cleaning the surface and corona or flame the substrate material.

2. Please stir this coating with well-distributed,and filtrated with 300 mesh filtrating screen for

two times.

3. Spraying coating it on the substrate material.

4. Dust-free operating in before enter the drying tunnel.

5. Baking at 150°C for 60min.

PROPERTY:

1. Please stir this coating with well-distributed after opening

2. Keeping a good operating condition.The best operating condition should be worked in dust-free working shop, temperature control at 20 ~ 30 °C, humidity control in the 60 ~ 80%. Too much dust will cause more adverseness, temperature is too low to cause a decline in flow adjustment, adhesion. Shrinkage caused by heavy humidity, too low humidity Easy to create electrostatic potential safety hazard.

3. Flame (or discharge) processed silicon sheet should be used up in 30 minutes, more than 30 minutes have to fire (or discharge) processing.

4. Coating will increases the load of elastic wall, and increases with the film thickness increases, the silicone rubber elongation decreased, If there are any aspects of scruples, please consider the methods and coating thickness.

 

Storage:

Stored at a cool and dry place,(-5°C~35°C), far away from heat and flame.

 

Shelf life:

6 months
